Looking for an apartment to rent or house to buy in Singapore?

This page lists some useful links and a collection of property guides and online listing websites. These aren’t listed here as endorsements (or advertisements) for particular brokers, but rather to give you a good idea of neighborhoods and buildings before you agree to view them. Save time by pre-screening places to see if they fit what you’re looking for, instead of having to go over and check them out.

We’ve found that many brokers often work from the same property listing databases, so choose a broker that you like to work with and let them show you what’s available. You can use online property listings databases to get a feel for the different areas and see what the market is like.
